Return & Exchange Policy
Made-to-Order Products
All of our creations are made to order, specially crafted to your selected size or measurements after your order is confirmed. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, we will be glad to resolve the issue. To help us investigate, please email us at info@theivorysignature.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is opened, showing the product and the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, if available
Claims submitted without these details cannot be taken forward. Once we receive the complete information, our team will review the claim and, if it is found valid, we will resolve it by repairing, remaking or replacing the item.
Complimentary Alteration
We offer one complimentary alteration on every order, which must be requested within 5 days of delivery. For any further alterations, the shipping charges for sending the garment to us will be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is cancelled within this window, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business working days. Orders cannot be cancelled after this period, as production begins soon after confirmation.

Payment
We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Sizing & Measurements
You may choose from our standard sizes (XS, S, M, L, etc.) as per our size chart, or share your own measurements for a custom fit. Please review the size chart and your measurements carefully before placing the order. As each piece is made exactly to the size or measurements selected, we cannot accept responsibility for any fit issue arising from an incorrect size choice or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
